First, Jesús received his degree in Journalism from San José State University and worked in radio, television, print and the Internet for more than 20 years. Additionally he created advertising and public relations campaigns for a diverse clientele.

This experience makes him a better agent. As a professional communicator, he knows you need reliable information to make important decisions. Having the hard facts before buying a home is critical to your success and peace of mind.

Right Back Where He Started From

Garza was born in San José and has resided in Arizona and Texas. Most of his family live in the San Francisco Bay Area. His older siblings have done quite well in real estate sales and investing. Garza benefits from their experience and success. According to his brother Peter, a retired real estate broker, "Focus on the needs of your customers and you can't go wrong." Jesús Garza takes his brothers advice to heart.

Jesús' wife Ann Marie is a professor at the University of Redlands. She received her Ph.D. in Art History from the University of Texas. Jesús and his wife have two wonderful daughters who reside in San José's Rose Garden neighborhood. Estrella is married to Jimmy Dodge and Esperanza to José Santa Cruz. To date, I have four beautiful grandchildren.

Jesús has volunteered at the nearby Loma Linda VA Hospital and is an avid supporter of the arts and education. You may see Garza at various Inland Empire mixers and forums sponsored by organizations as varied as Women United, Redlands Human Relations Commission, the University of Redlands and Riverside Art Museum.

For the record, Jesús doesn't mind being called by his initial "J". Some folks are more comfortable pronouncing Jay than Jesús (Hay-soos). He totally understands.
